Like the paintjob on the Cat - pic stolen for later inspiration.
Thanks.

Cool. Looks good.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Back on Sunday while at work, I was positioned near these

The Twin Otter in the foreground is the one used by Kenn Borek in that daring mid-winter Antarctic medical rescue of a scientist a few years ago, it's now donated to the Calgary Aerospace museum. I'm not sure of the significance of the Turbo-Dak though, but it's also part of the museums collection.

In this photo, the ""blur"" is one of the CF-188's taking off (sorry about the really crappy photo but I'm still trying to figure out how to use my new cell phone)

I also saw this 737 yesterday (not my photo though)

If I'm not building models, I'm out riding my dirtbike

Under the Midway approach path again today. Southwest Airlines is very busy.

This is what they look like. (not my pic)

This is all I get to see. Just dirtier (not my pic)

Every time I see you mention Midway I immediately think you've relocated to the North Pacific  :banghead:

I'll see what I can do, I think I'm back down around it this weekend.

It's one of the ALCI Baslers used down in the Antarctic.

Rheged

2:15 this afternoon, whilst in central Hereford, four low passes by a Hurricane 2c.  There was supposed to be a Dakota at 2:45, but it never happened.    All to do with Shobdon festival of food and flying.    Isn't a Merlin a lovely sound??

The sound of a Merlin is gorgeous

The title of Alex Henshaw's book, on testing Spifires, says it all.

A Herc flew by the house yesterday, rather low....I ran in to get the camera and by the time I got back out it was in the clouds and gone  :banghead:

Saw two BAE CT-155 Hawks take off today, right in front of where I was.  No idea why they were in town ----
