Flew out of London ON and saw the Jet Aircraft Museum's newly acquired CF-101 Voodoo. Looks great in 414 colours !

Are the wheels really that small?

This is a trainer (when it get it's wheels back). Tail numbers 001 to 007, 022 and 052 were CF-101Fs. I worked on 006 in it's active days.
Work In Progress ::

Lots of stuff

Captain Canada

Ya she was the proficency bird for the Electric Voodoo at the end of her service, hence the 414 markings.

Everything!

From first light the sky's been criss-crossed with contrails as the European and American populations seem to be swapping places! Loads of 747-400s, 767s, 777s, A330, A340s etc all batting across the Atlantic like crazy.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

And where you see them all overherad, I see a load of them coming out of LHR; or going on if they have switched the outbound and inbound runways....
If you love, love without reservation; If you fight, fight without fear - THAT is the way of the warrior

If you go into battle knowing you will die, then you will live. If you go into battle hoping to live, then you will die

4 o'clock this morning P.C. Plods helicopter, charging around the general area for about an hour  :banghead: Thanks mate

I swear they use the woods and open land around here as a training ground

At ten thirty ish  this morning.....a Typhoon at about 275 to 300 feet up.......VERY noisy.  Not particularly exciting, but for the fact that the chap who was on our roof at the time, exploring our chimney prior to installing a wood burning stove  was  NOT PLEASED AT ALL!!!! He reports that staring straight at the pointy end of a Tiffie as it approaches rapidly is not a life enhancing experience.

Yes I agree...the lower the louder the faster the better !

The local air ambulance Jet Ranger made a couple of passes over the city centre today, but that's it. It's nice to see their Jet Ranger though, their EC145 is a more common sight.

pyro-manic

Portland coastie Agusta-whatever was clattering around this afternoon. It's a small/medium sized helicopter, but makes a noise like a rather big one.
