I was in the vicinity of Moorabin Airport today.
Lots of light aircraft flying over but nothing I recognised.
I did overhear the following.
"There's another plane"
"What sort's that then?"
"A green one..."

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.  Revelling in numptytism.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed, badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry.

Not over my house, or today, but here's XH558 at the Yeovilton show last month. Just started processing my photos from the day...

Over my house today?

NOTHING, the cloudbase is lower than the roof!  :banghead:

Somehow we're going food shopping in a while, I predict fog lights front and rear.  :-\

It's the same near Leominster. Noise of a helicopter heard whilst we were in Morrison's car park , but like Kit I have a cloudbase at about 50 feet  so I've not the faintest idea what it was..

Just had the Notting Hill Carnival with the Met Police helicopter hovering overhead in Kensal Rise London NW10. Telly reception was on the blink due to the noise,I wonder if I'd get into trouble if I shot down?
I pay my taxes, which go to pay the Mayor and the Police. Therefore I own it.

Nothing terribly useful, I'm afraid. Might be able to dig out a tail shot or something from the heap when I get to it. There were some nice ones taken, though, eg: facebook pic. And the Stig was tooling about on top of it at one point...

Why???   :-\
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Who can say? He was mucking about around the Sea Fury too, and gatecrashed the choir.

This guy put on an insane display. I'm surprised his Pitts S2 didn't break up around him. Never seen anything quite like it...

4 single engine WWII fighters in loose formation at about 500ft.
Weather is claggy hereabouts, so guess they were following the road to Exeter/Plymouth.
Looked and sounded like 3 Spitfires and a Hurricane.
too old for a paper round, too young for me pensions, dammit, back to work then!
