Even for the Lake District Police, a distinclty un-humurous lot in my experience, using an Apache would be a trifle OTT!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

I'm in whole agreement with THAT philosophy!

One of those gun systems mounted on the roof of my Zafira would be even better, but it would have to depress quite a bit to hit a BMW 1 ft behind my rear bumper.......

There have been recent incidents where I'd  have welcomed a rear gunner position in my Citroen C5 estate

A colleague  recently  sent me the message below:-

BMW recalls drivers after safety scare

BMW is recalling 450000 drivers after other road users reported 'significant personality defects' in the model.

The luxury car maker said that problems include tail-gating, finger flicking, inability to manage indicators, getting stuck in the overtaking lane, and spontaneous explosions of anger apparently ignited by attempts by other car models to overtake.

'The recall is purely a precautionary measure,' a BMW spokesman said. 'Drivers who notice any of the faults in themselves should report to any authorised BMW dealer for a free overhaul or a replacement driver will be offered.'

Are losing theirs and blaming it on you....."

The Wooksta!

It isn't just BMWs that are full of "individuals with personality defects".  From observation, it would appear that drivers of any make of German car are suspects, especially those that drive Audis.

I have said the same for literally DECADES, but have now ceased to. People thought I was anti-German... Yet it is a fact that when I was either a witness or a victim of misconduct at the wheel, 90% of the time they were BMW drivers, the remaining 10 being Audis and beefed up VWs...

The Wooksta!

It isn't anti-German, it's anti-imbecility and stupidity.  And I've argued for ages that the latter is contagious...

Mrs PR19 is of the opinion that there's a non-delete option on the BMW, Audi and Mercedes order forrms that's entitled 'Ego Enhancement Pack'..........  ;D ;)
