US Navy Aircraft Carriers at Pearl Harbor on 12/7/41?

If germany did not declare war on yje US and russia was knocked out of the war would anyone have had the bomber range to attack the Caucuses oil fields? If I remember right we were only barely able to hit the rumanian refineries at Polesti. Hmmmm with enough resources would germany have been able to Tool up for higher war production Esp the Kriegsmarine???

I think the Caucus oilfields would've been well within range of the RAF's heavies operating out of Persia.

At that point though, the RAF would not only be involved in denying the Germans any benefit from their recently captured Russian oilfields, they'd also be heavily involved in preventing the Wehrmacht from rolling further southward into Persia itself!  I think the geography would be with the British in this case as the terrain up there, if I'm not mistaken, gets quite rough.  Kind of hard to run a panzer blitzkreig through mountain passes.
