so lets  see.
So far the following people on this thread have asked for an example (or more)

Panzer. (one)
Mossi    (one)
Kitnut    (one)
Dwomby (three)
Lancer. (one)

the improved version costs £25 sterling plus postage.

If the above named would like to PM me to confirm that they want a 1216 off me, then ill get casting again.  Looks like i may have to restock on resin asap.
I always hope for the best.

I'll send you a PM as soon as I calculate the exchange and my August budget (As said Before FIXED INCOME SUX  ) I need to be sure I can cover it ;) Depending on final figures I may have to wait until sept (my monthly modeling budget is about 35$ US) so I may have to pool two months to cover it :D

I will need to be added to this list but will also have to wait till later in the year.  Still trying to make Nationals next month.  My B-day is in Oct. maybe a present for myself.

I got one of the original batch off Martin. I'm trying to figure out how to build it, gathering donor bits etc.
For the canopy I need an Italeri EF2000 kit. That leaves the following:

2 nozzles:
On the drawings I've seen, these look like normal jet nozzles (circular, with vanes), a bit smaller than the rear nozzle.

Tailplanes:
These should be easy enough to scratchbuild, all I need is a drawing. I have the drawing from BSP: Fighters, I should be able to scale this, so that's sorted.

Gear: BSP shows undercarriage with two wheels on each leg. A quick scan of the stash shows no kits with this arrangement.

Weapons etc: Got plenty of suitable weapons, and pylons are easy to make. No problem there.

What would be a suitable donor for the nozzles and gear?

nozzles. any Harrier GR-5/7/9/AV-8B should be ok on these.

main gear. Mine were modified from the heller Mirage IV gear. removed the the outer sections of the bogie and added a new axle for each wheel at the bottom of the u/c leg. Geoff B might be able to offer up another option on that front

nose gear. any Tornado GR-1/4/IDS/ECR kit.

tail planes. hang fire on those. ive finaly got a mold for them sorted, the last two batches have them in, as soon as the next order of resin arrives ill be knocking them out again.

hows that?

If it's not too late, I'd like to put my name in for one as well (I know, I know... late to the party). Thanks!

Best regards,

Martin,

I hope it is not too late to put in one more. Love those BAE Warton VTOL studies.

Probably best to send Martin a PM with your order requests as he wont be back on-line till next week and this thread may not be current by then.

Cheers
