This is my first post on What If...

This is the Tamiya M3 Bradley kit from the 1980's, finished in IDF marks by Verlinden. I added some .50 cal machine guns and miscellaneous packs, bags, etc. from the spares box. It was built in 2006 for a group "what if" build at our IPMS chapter.

I hope you like it!

Ben

Sweet APC! She certainly looks quite mean!
Try not. Do. Or do not. There is no try.

like the extra .50 cals

the US offered Bradleys to Israel but they declined, apparently it wasn't armoured enough & the suspension didn't cope well with Israeli conditions in trials

Bradleys ROCK!!!! (and I'm not only saying that because they're the biggest group in my office  B)  )

This will be popular at work.  Too bad I can't get to this site from there...

Nice job!

Which specific Bradley model was it based off of?  A1, A2, A3, ODS?

EDIT:  Duh!  I should learn to read the whole sentence before asking questions.  "This is the Tamiya M3 Bradley kit from the 1980's."  Means it's probably an A0 or A1.    :dum:  :dum:

Any chance you have pics of any of the other Whiffs from that IPMS build?

Very nice, and I agree with Mike, the extra .50's really look good!

Unfortunately, not really.  Actually, take the extra .50's off and it's entirely possible...
