Could not imagine it looking better.
Is the lack of pilot intentional even though it is displayed "in-flight" mode (as it does seem like something very futuristic that could quite possibly fly unmanned if you wanted it to)?

Not a drone or UAV, just that the Monogram pilot wouldnt fit after I went with the Revell ACES seat.  

The canopy is just held down with a tiny ball of blu-tack, so I may get around to de-legging the poor pilot so he will fit.

Beauty of a model.

I'd hate to be the boom operator on any tanker that thing came to drink from. Could you imagine trying to get a straight line on the fueling receptacle with that camo messing with your eyes?
