A helicopter - also by Nick

Those strange things at the back with fans on the front, are what aircraft looked like before most of you were born by the way  ;)

And finaly this one -

I've just noticed we can now post up to 200k ! After I've just spent ages getting the b------- size of these down  :dum:

As I said I made no attempt to get them all, just concentrated on the stuff that dosn't get around as much as some of the other stuff does

Man, I gotta get to a show one of these days... :(

Great looking stuff!  I especially love the Vampire Bat and the RN Hawkeye.

So I got that going for me...which is nice....

Brian da Basher

Wow those are some awesome models! I particularly like that one Fokker F.XXI in Belgian (?) markings.

Great stuff! They sure can build 'em in Ol' Blighty!

Yep! This vampire bat is fabulous, so weird!!!   (who made this one ?)

I like, too, the laternate FAA.
King Arthur: Can we come up and have a look?
French Soldier: Of course not. You're English types.
King Arthur: What are you then?
French Soldier: I'm French. Why do you think I have this outrageous accent, you silly king?

Well regardless I would rather take my chance out there on the ocean, that to stay here and die on this poo-hole island spending the rest of my life talking to a gosh darn VOLLEYBALL.

Radish

The Vampire Bat was from Richard (??)his second name escapes me, sorry) from Cov/Warks preserve.
Looks like another great show.
Really sorry I've missed it, but I'm afraid Rocky Horror called......and boys and girls, you know what that means!!

Okay...I can't stand the suspense....Did BlairForce one make it? Did an enraged Labour Party supporter thrash it?

Nice pics, some GREAT stuff there. Irish Air Force: likely supported by foreign lottery ticket sales?

Radish

The Irish AF derives its financial security (as does the Scottish Union AF and the Welsh AF, not to mention the Cornish AF....sshhhhhhhh!!!!) due to the discovery of the superdrug "Suppalot" which allows fantastic amounts of beer to be drunk (other drinks like Whisky and other spirits too) without feeling ill.
Suppalot is derived from the copious amounts of Heather(a nice girl, allegedly B) ) grown within the Celtic fringe.
Suppalot is not only beneficial for those who wish to consume beer....it's a major export to Canada.....but also has numerous other healing quantities and its production is "carbon negative", therefore being "green" and very environmentally favourable.

Yes it made it Alvis - sorry I thought it got photoed at Bolton.

It has caused many a comment and lots of delighted smiles and giigles - loads of people have gone off to collect someone to make sure that person didn't miss it  :)

Has also elicited a fair number of generous comments as to the quality of the build.

One question - is the mooring station scratch built ? Only I've been asked a couple of times.

I am diggin' that MH-53E in FAA markings!  Now, what ship would it fly off of, as those Invincibles don't have near enough island clearance for that main rotor
I exist to pi$$ others off!!!

The mooring station is from the old Frog R-100 kit, and happened to be in a box of built up kits I received. I didn't even have to assemble it! (Paint it yes...Assemble no)
