QuoteYou Northern Hemisphere blokes don't know how lucky you are wrt cheapish model prices!  ^_^

Most expensive kit I bought was clearly Heller concorde... mach 2 caravelle is not too far from it. But well, airliners are so rare in 1/72 scale...

1- I would trade my mother for a 1/72 scale Vautour (found a shop which sell model of the plane in 1/72, but its 700 km away  <_< ... and they don't send you the kit by mail   )

2- Guys, there was some TSR-2 left in a shop in Paris! Euromaquette, near the Gare de Lyon.
Two or three left (but it was three month ago... I'll check next time I go to Paris , in February).

Someday, a 1/96th Essex carrier...yes, they have them out there, but if Shanlyn saw that charge...ooof.

Wow! Surely the most expensive kit ever!  :o  :o  :o
Quite logical, considering the huge size of the kit...

1/96 = museum scale...most ships are built in this scale, and most fittings, etc.
