Oh NICE one Brad, that has gotta be the prettiest looking Hornet I've ever seen. That is one hell of a build.

The SAAF SIG theme for Nats 07 is 'Coast'.  Mainly because SA has lots of it.   This fits the bill nicely, being carrier capable.  That's if it's not found over on the Wif SIG table.

Because, in breaking news - Scooterman WILL be at Telford, we have been discussing plans over in the chatroom.  So we lucky Brits will get to see this little cracker along with plenty more.  He'll be arriving several days in advance, so we can do all the baggage-handler induced repairs  :o in good time.

The future's so bright, I gotta wear NVGs...

HOLY SH1T!!! From profile to plastic and with such aplomb!!! Scooterman you've done MY SAAF very proud!

*snip* comming soon: in 1/48 near you! (or as soon as I've done these other builds and have a pair of Have Naps and the other goodies!)

*edit* I LOVE IT!!!
Try not. Do. Or do not. There is no try.

Good, I see you stayed away from the black nose.

Nice job.

Thanks all for the kind words.  Quick note about the kit-fun kit, easy build but major seams!  I copped out on the filler and just used super glue so the cheap digi camera trick again works wonders in hiding the lack of panel lines and such.  Still fun nonetheless.

And quick confession-I was on the way to doing a SAAF Fin but changed gears towards the Bug when I saw that profile.  Thanks for whoever posted it BTW!

Ian the Kiwi Herder

Such a classy scheme, and looks so right on the 'Bug'. Bravo-Zulu Scooterdude !

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
