It's Baz-tastic! Glad to see you back in the saddle! Excellent work and I just love your "Centralia" concept.

I wanted to call Isaac "Boaz", but Mrs Nev wouldn't have it.

Oh man, you know what?  I finished this and have been flying it all over the house for a whole week and I just realized I never posted pics of the finished product!

So here are some pics, photo-edited to remove the bamboo skewer holding it up.
Oh, and before anyone gets impressed with the very straight aerial wire, it is photo-edited!!!   :P

I had wanted my prop spinner to look like it was at full RPM so I filled the Airfix kit's spinner with the Bondo putty so the holes for the prop blades would be filled in solid.  Ooops, the plastic part disintegrated.  Great trick if you're doing a crash diorama!   So, I cut one of my homemade resin prop cones down to size.  I liked the natural resin color so much I just gloss-coated it as is.

Banners, anyone?

I've decided to cut down on my posts on other people's builds unless it's something which reeeeally impresses me.

Thus, I'm here.

     FANTABULOUSLY SPLENDIFOROUS! The markings look fantastic, the "I'm running" spinner is terrific, hell, it's a Mk.Vb so it's an automatic winner in my book regardless. Huzzah and well done!

Brilliant Baz and you had fun  :P
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Brian da Basher

Oh YES!!! Wonderful stuff from the land of Man-Ho! I love your work on the spinner! The color of the resin really works! And I love those great BAZ markings too!   THe Achtung Spitfire Buld for Fun tag is simply the cherry on top!
