An idea many (including me) have discussed, but very few have actually put into action. You've done very well Sir!

NOTE: Not all of us Canadians are obnoxious beer-soaked louts. My sister for instance, she changed a bit when she moved to England.

  Nice one !  Looks great in that camouflage, and as the others have stated, I'm curious as to the load out?

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Thanks for the Big Welcome  :D   i'm going with a Bluesteel  missile,  as for the doors i went for the normal look as anything fancy i didnt have time for, but i did think it didnt matter about the bomb bay as the plane would i think have to slow down to deploy its load. kitnut617 is the expert on the concorde his build is looking very different to mine.

Hello to the new guy?
Love the Bombcorde.

So, what part of Canada are you from?

What kind of beer do you drink?

How distraught were you when the Oilers failed to win The Cup?

Nice model!

Hi everyone,

Well I wouldn't say I'm the expert, I'm just trying to make mine like the picture I have of aaa RAF Concorde which first appeared in the 1968 RAF Golden Jubilee Year Book.  I remember my Dad buying me the magazine that year when we went to the Farnborough Airshow.  When Airfix introduced their 1/72 scale Concorde I knew then how I was going to build it.

James did tell me about you guys here so I eventually got my butt in gear and signed up.

Cheers,  Robert

Welcome aboard Robert!

Your Concorde B.1 looks quite impressive and I hope we can see more images of the project as you near completion.

Thanks for the compliment.  I will post some more up-to-date pics and a report sometime soon but I'm packing everything up at the moment because of my impending house move.  I hope to be back on the project in a couple of months as I've a lot of fixing to do around the house which will probably take the rest of the summer.

Cheers,  Robert

Edit: my Concorde is inspired by this picture which appeared in the 1968 RAF Year Book:
