I just realized that my decidedly Soviet Airforce needs more enemies. I just got a 1/72 F-22 to go against my Su-47.

Naturally, since we all know what a production F/A-22 looks like, I dont need to go that route. Any suggestions on what to do to it? So far i think i'll slap on some canards a la F-15 active, and possibly revise the exhaust nozzles.

I was playing around with my Norweigian F-22 before deciding to just build it, and one of the configurations I came up with was the same scheme that seems to be en vogue with every other aircraft manufacturer on the planet:  Canard-Delta.  Since the trailing edge of the tailplanes have the same sweep as the forward edge of the wings, I was going to mount the tailplanes forward the wing, where they fit neatly (with nothing extending forward the intake shoulder, and they fit snuggly in front of the wing).  I decided my next one (or a YF-22) would be modified into that configuration, with addtional mods to the engines and "tailbooms."
