New sub-boards: 3D Design/Printing and Vacuforms

Hi everyone,

I've added 2 new sub-boards, nestled under Tools and Tips: one for 3D design and printing, and another for vacuforms. The information's all over the place as is and I think it would help us better to consolidate all of that information into once space, especially with more and more of us bravely venturing into the space. As for vacuform, it's already as hard as it is, putting that all in one space would help newcomers into this hardcore art form too.

If you feel that a post is informative enough to move into either one of these sub-boards, please let me know and I'll move it over.
