Blockade Running Imgur access from the UK

Hi All

I think I've found a way around Imgur's blockade of the UK.

This is on the Android operating system.

1. Go onto Playstore and download the Opera browser

2. Start Opera and click on the circular symbol in the top right hand corner and enable the VPN, leave it at the America Virtual Location default setting.

3. Search for Imgur, log in then click the three dots at the top of the screen and select Add to, then select Home Screen.

4, Click the three dots at the top of the screen again then enable Desktop Layout.

Although enabling Desktop layout will make Imgur a bit sluggish it will enable you to access the Get Share links and BBCode.

5. Search for Beyond The Sprues, log in then click the three dots at the top of the screen and select Add to, then select Home Screen

From this point on run Sprues and Imgur through Opera and you should be able to upload, post and view your pictures

It works for me, so hopefully it will work for everyone else

Opera apparantly has a built in VPN so it's no different from just using a VPN by a different provider.

It does, so by moving everything into the Opra Universe it all seems to work.
