***TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR COLLECTION AND PAYMENT AT TELFORD YOUR COUNTRY IN YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS SHOULD BE "COLLECT FROM TELFORD SHOW"  PLEASE BE SURE TO MAKE IT YOUR DEFAULT DELIVERY ADDRESS. THIS WILL GIVE YOU 10% DISCOUNT AND ALLOW YOU TO PLACE THE ORDER WITHOUT PAYING. *** You pay when you collect so if you are asked for payment when you order something is wrong so please double check the Delivery Address Country.

(Orders that say in the messages they are for Telford but do not have Collect from Telford as the Delivery address country will be cancelled and refunded)

We deduct a 10% "thank you for ordering from us" discount for all pre-orders for collection and payment at the show.
This 10% discount also gets applied to all the Special Offers.
This 10% discount also gets applied to Second Hand items.
The 10% discount is available to all our retail customers who pre-order on the website for collection and payment at the show.

To allow us time to get the orders all packed up and on the vans they need to be received by midday on Thursday November 6th please.

We are still happy to accept old style £1.00 coins, and old style £5.00, £10.00, £20.00 and £50.00 notes. We know our customers from Overseas often have them in their wallets from previous visits.

Overseas customers please note that we no longer offer Tax Free shopping, sorry. Because we will not be posting/exporting the orders to an overseas address we have to charge everyone UK prices that include tax/VAT.

Please ONLY order through the website. Please do not telephone or email or post your orders in. Please place your order yourself at our website. Then you can see what we have in stock and what you will receive and our staff can then concentrate on invoicing, packing and despatching regular mailorders.

Any out-of-stock items that get ordered will go on Backorder. If they do come in before the show you will be sent an email and you can place an additional order yourself.

It is ESSENTIAL that your delivery address shows Collect From Telford as your Delivery Address country. It MUST NOT show a United Kingdom or any other country or our computer system will see it as a normal order and will be charged and posted to you. We suggest that you create a new Collect from Telford Show delivery address to use and be sure to make it default. When you create a new address you will see an example of how it should be laid out. You should change it back to your usual bricks and mortar delivery address after you have sent the Collect From Telford Show order. Again... the Country in your Deliver address needs to be Collect From Telford. If you are asked for payment something is wrong and you need to check your Delivery address. Sorry to keep going on about it! If you do get charged that means the Delivery Address Country is wrong and you should log in and cancel the order. That will also refund it.

Normally when you order at our website you are instantly charged (and the stock figure is reduced which is why we cannot ever change or add to orders) but when you select Collect From Telford show as your DELIVERY country the computer system changes and instead it automatically deducts 10% discount, stops any postage charge AND does not charge the order. Collect From Telford show is in the Delivery address COUNTRY menu under United Kingdom section.

If you do not already have a Collect From Telford show delivery address please go to www.hannants.co.uk and either register or log in and then go to Your Account, Change Your Delivery Address Details, Add An Address. Then add the Collect From Telford show address as you will see illustrated. You can enter your phone number instead of ours if you want to. When you save this new address it will automatically become your default delivery address. Next put what you want to buy into your cart and when you are sure you have ordered all that you want to buy you just send us the order. Any items that are not in stock will go to your Backorders. You will need to make a separate order for any other items you want as orders cannot be added to. When you are registered and logged in items placed in the cart stay there for 60 days so you can come back and add more later if you want to. Or compile your order in the Wish List and move them to the cart when you are ready to order.

You pay at the show when you collect. If you are not collecting your order yourself please be sure whoever collects knows they will have to pay for the order. We take cards and cash. No Paypal or other methods are available for show orders sorry.

At our warehouse we have full stock control which means that every item we take to a show has to be invoiced out, and then if not sold, invoiced back into stock again. This takes a very, very, very long time and is one of the reasons we cannot take all items we stock.

It is impossible to take all the items that we stock to a show AND in sufficient quantities (especially aircraft accessories) We generally only take items from New Arrivals and best-sellers so we recommend you pre-order them and then you will be sure to get all the items you want. If you change your mind about an item and no longer require it that"s fine we will just remove it from the bag and deduct it from the invoice when you collect. We would rather take it and not sell it than not take it at all and disappoint you. Please also be aware that the majority of items we take are recently released and aircraft related because most of our sales are aircraft related. If you want other subjects like car kits, ship kits, lorry kits, motorbike kits, tanks, plastic figures etc it is essential to pre-order for collection at the show.
