Now you got me thinking of flooding Lockheed Martin's mailbox with my Twin tailed Viper designs... Maybe they'll make them available as an upgrade package for the existing Vipers... 
Everything i used on the builds has been tested and approved on the real Viper, except for the Raptor's wings and 2D TVC engine nozzle, and the twin fins, obviously.
If you think about it, what Boeing has been doing with the F-15 and even better, what they did with the F-18E/F Super Hornet, i think tthat something similar could've been done to the Viper for the Block 70/72 or even the F-21 but it's the same old design with modern systems inside. It's either an upgrade package for older variants called Viper upgrade or factory fresh Block 70/72 airframes.
Too bad we won't see real Vipers with twin fins but i'll keep building them like that because that's how i like them.
