Lovely work again Dizzy mate 👍 😀 🙌

Think of the paint colour this way I reckon..it'll fool the bad guys into thinking the places are Wildcats and they'll think an easy kill 😀
Surprised they'll be
If it aint broke ,,fix it until it is .
Over kill is often very understated .
I know the voices in my head ain't real but they do come up with some great ideas.
Theres few of lifes problems that can't be solved with the proper application of a high explosive projectile .

The "chalky" blue really came out so well.  Another great, well used, paint job.

It is a real shame that the P-47, Typhoon, P-38, Hellcat and a few others disappeared so quickly and did not enjoy much post war service with other nations for us WHIFFers.  The Hellcats in Uraguay an interesting example.

Well, props were outdated and the jet age coming. Only few WWII designs soldiered on for a while, like the F8F, F4U or the P-51, but all in a certain "niche". Offers room for exotic post-war operators, though.

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
