And that fin and tail look distinctly 'Ilyushin' inspired too.

Interesting (A.I.?) mix of Tupolev parts (Tu-14 tail, Tu-85 hull; wings and engines look very An-12ish), but there are so many inconsistencies (props much too close to water!)...
