Hmm, I'm not going to be able to make Telford & it's a reasonable distance from me, so maybe.  Any details?
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Hi Mossie
Here are the details copied from an earlier posting (by me-which I copied from somewhere else!)

hope it helps

Lincoln and Newark Model Expo 2007 – AKA "The Southwell Show"

As many UK modellers will already be aware, this summer's flooding has seriously affected many venues – among them Southwell Racecourse in Nottinghamshire, which has for many years been the site of the annual Lincoln and Newark Model Expo..

Uncertainty about the availability of the racecourse, and then the necessity of finding a new venue, has meant that until recently, this year's Lincoln and Newark Model Expo was in serious doubt, but we are pleased to announce that a new venue has been found.

Accordingly, the Lincoln and Newark Model Expo 2007 will take place on its original date – 14th October – at the Newark Pavilion of the Newark Showground, which lies just off the A46 north of Newark.

The showground is a large site with many facilities, and this year we are sharing the facility with an 'Autojumble' event. Access to the show is via the Red Gate only. If you try to enter via any of the other gates, you are likely to be charged admission to the Autojumble. Admission to Lincoln and Newark Model Expo 2007 is, as usual, free.

The roads leading to the site are likely to be very busy, and visitors are advised to avoid the periods 7.30 am to 8.30 am and 11.00 am to 12.00 am, when, we are advised, congestion is likely to be at its most acute.

Details of the venue may be found at the Showground's own website - http://www.newarkshowground.com/.

Radish

I'm going, but it'll either be as part of IPMS Stafford, or if Staffs don't go, I'll just turn up as a "punter". B)
