I did that AGES ago! They pinched my idea almost exactly!  :o  :banghead:







Even the trolley's almost the same too!
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Of course to make a believable single main float 190 floatplane you'd need to use something more along the lines of the float from a Kawanishi E15K. The A6M2-N float is far too small to support the much heavier FW 190 which is similar to the E15K in terms of weight.

I used He 51 floats on mine.  Even less buoyant... :unsure:
