The latest design for the New Luftwaffe. Like turning 'a full circle', this Hispano Ha-100 was one of the last aircraft designed by Willy Messerschmitt. It's title, now it has returned to it's home will be, Me-100.

Model : Heller 1/72 T-28
Changes : new tail, and shifting the tailplane 'high set', and removing the intake and re-gluing it on the starboard side.

Nice one, Glenn! Looks sharp as a tack in that Luft-camo and markings!

THE REAL HISTORY

Spanish HA-100 Triana http://www.eads.com/xml/content/OF00000000...3/82/702823.jpg was predecessor of HA-200 Saeta. This last was offered by Hispano Aviación to the newly reformed Luftwaffe, but Fouga Magister was chosen instead.

So, very plausible. And well executed.

Excellent idea! I was rather astonished when I discovered some years ago that Willy developped a whole lineage of aircrafts in Spain (piston engined -100
, jet-trainer -200, ground pounder -220, LWF -300)

Hmmm Luft' 1959 Ha-300 with Atar-like evolved BMW-003...

Looks good. Post WWII German camo is one of my favs, right up there with SEA camo. The Ha-100 is actually a good bit smaller than the T-28 tho, isn't it?

Another great build, and great pic, Glenn !    That'll confuse the jmn's for sure.

Very, VERY believable.  That is certainly one fine paintjob too, Glenn!
