During the filming of the movie OPERATION PETTICOAT, 3 Balao-class submarines (including the USS Balao herself).  How often do you get to cheese off JMNs with something that is real but unlikely. :lol:





I used the old Revell Lionfish kit and a Nautilus models resin detail kit.  I don't remember if I have shown this here.

Operation Petticoat is a classic.  Love that show, and I love that boat.  It's a beauty!

But if you wanted to really cheese somebody off, you would've done that to the 1/72 Revell kit.
