I liked the look of it in overall green, would have looked wicked like that in RAAF markings. Or RAF markings. Looked like the old green GR.7.

Still looks pretty hot with the tiger-stripes....looking forward to seeing it finished ! Great storyline as well, and I like the idea of dumbing it down a little....

It reminded me of the brief two-tone green on the GR.5s too!

As the build progresses and I look through the decal box I'm noticing that the Aussie decals I thought I had arent there!  I may still make it an Aussie bird, or I may....dare I say it....make it....

I figure you guys need a little representation.  I mean nobody EVER does anything Canadian on here.  Besides, my original storyline would be virtually unaltered as I did have Canadian units based in Oz for this too.

 Like your project a lot.  I'm with the 'liking the X-32 shape' group, too.
 Check out your MER's ... looks like the right one might be on backwards??

Yeah, I caught that right after posting!  

They were just tacked on to see how they looked anyway.  As the build evolved the weapons fit has changed.  At the moment the decals are on and it is waiting for a little weathering and final weapons fit.  I started going Canadian, but the lo-viz markings were virtually invisible against the green, so I went with the high-viz Aussie markings after all, albeit a bit less than originally planned.

Currently I'm looking at a fit of a triple Maverick launcher on one wing and a triple rack of 500lb "velocity challenged" bombs on the other, plus ASRAAMs on the wingtip rails.  (I always like asymetric weapons loads for some reason)
