For the last several days, I've been cobbling and converting, a tank kit that I got for free from my local model club meeting about a week ago.
The pictures are pretty much self explanatory. But if anybody has questions, then just ask.
There really is no Brimstone class battle tank from the Battletech RPG universe. This is just a build from my imagination as I wanted to use up a spare 3D printed turret that I had at home. This was the only idea I could think of.
The main lower hull of the tank is a Zvezda 1/72 scale T-14 Armata Russian tank kit. Everything else on the tank is spare parts.
Modeling isn't just about how good the gluing or painting, etc. looks. It's also about how creative and imaginative you can be with a subject.
My modeling philosophy is: Don't build what everyone else has done. Build instead what nobody has seen or done before.

Nice.
Maybe you could wash the 'beams' in a colour that's a little more like what you want? So they retain a bit of translucency.

Not sure I understand what you mean?

A wash, rather than solid paint; of green, or blue, or whatever colour you want the 'laser beams' to be.
