For those who want to resurrect a country for whiffing purposes, Wikipedia has a listing of many obsolete flags. Turning them into roundels is up to you: LINK

Wikipedia page for the Finnish flag has a number of flags that were a) actually used at some point or b) proposed but rejected:

I've always like the nickname of the flag of Norway and Sweden- the Herring Salad Flag. It would make a great roundel, or Norwegian/Hungarian delta:
