Very interesting stuff, it covers the Floquil paint lines of the period, using the paints and stains
and weathering, the last being specific to RR modelling as it wasn't yet that common in the
hobby and hadn't made much of an inroad into plastic modelling in general.

Note that it's on a still active page on Paul Budzik's old website, but who knows how long that
will last so I'd recommend downloading the file while it's still available.
Here's a link to the page itself:

I think I still have a few jars of Floquil stuff somewhere, but the required thinners stuff became almost impossible to find in the UK sometime in the 90s. Dunno if it's still available here now.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

Dio-Sol is basically xylene and xylene is available for purchase in the UK.

RPM International discontinued the Floquil, Pactra and Testors Model Master lines
a few years back due to poor sales along with product line and production facility
consolidations.
