Storage boxes

Mum has been keeping busy and this week she's been organising our 45 year old collection of Lego. My sisters had some, I had some, the grand kids had some.
And it got all jumbled up in the big box.

So she got online and ordered a set of storage boxes from Amazon. Nicecastle is the brand name.
3 stacking tubs each with a divided lower layer and a drop in tray above.

Just thought I would suggest them if anyone wanted an idea for sorting their spare parts and tools or paints.

I've a feeling I've seen those, or something very like them, in a shop. Possibly The Range?

You can get a similar effect with 9 litre Really Useful boxes. There's an insert with divisions that drops in the bottom and trays with a lip that hang in the top, under the lid. Several different types of trays and inserts too. From memory, one tray has different sized compartments, one has eight(?) rectangular pencil-length ones, and one has a single A-4-sized compartment. One insert has eight rectangular compartments and a big one at the end, while another has 15(?) square ones. There might be more.

Anyone who's been at a show with me might have seen me carrying a "running repairs" tool kit in one of the trays, above the models.

I've recently ordered two sets of storage boxes on Amazon. 60 litre size and, 43 litre size.

Glad I got them. The larger size in particular I'm using to store all my (now unboxed kits). Being stackable, they've saved me a large amount of space.
