Well it's been a while since I've posted anything anywhere model related. So to get back 'into the groove' I present to you.....

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Love it! The black underside is ferocious.
So exactly what is it commemorating? I thinking something WW2 Bomber Command?

617 Squadron = Dambusters

Well if I've got my maths correct - 2028 (when the model is based) will be the 85th anniversary of 'Operation Chastise' The Dambusters Raid. I think a Tornado was done up in a fairly spectacular scheme for 2023, but here's hoping that the RAF have enough F-35s in service in three years time that they can do one in a special scheme

Good idea and a splendid model!
2028 should give enough time to develop stealth paint in the appropriate shades.

Yeah, but would anyone be able to see it  then?  :-\
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)
