Either in trade or if you can point me to a source.
I just need the one figure, not a set, and it doesn't have to be fancy.
1950s dress, maybe a hat, are a need.

I'll explain later...

In the 1950s a hat was essential! Don't leave home without it!

Miniart figure quality is usually very good.

This is from the 1930s Auto Travelers:

The two cafe sets come closest, I'll see which I can find.
And yes, the figure will DEFINITELY be wearing a hat!

Thanks!

Of course...............  ;)  ;D

Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

The Revell Club de Mer car kit has one in 1/25.  Maybe she's tall... Or can be cut down a little.

I have my figure, will be working on it soon, the last figure for my diorama...

I do love that Club de Mer car!  Want to whif one now.  Reminds me of the Straker vehicle from UFO.

But, sigh, then there's that horrid old "Flesh" colour, ugh.  The clothing colour choices are soooo bland.  Those two don't deserve that car.
