I have a project that I need a glazed cockpit for, and the He 111 looks like a good candidate. I am asking if anyone has a dead  one they don't want in 72 scale, that I can use the front end of the fuselage etc. I am in the UK, and all costs reimbursed etc.
Cheers.

Somewhere in The Loft I have an Italeri He-111 Chris, but I may not be home for 7-10 days yet.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage

That will do nicely Kit, many thanks. I am in no rush for it so not a problem. Cheers.

If Kit can't help you out, I can. But I'm in The Netherlands so postage is more expensive.

Bear in mind the is quite a difference in shape between the Italeri He-111 canopy and the Airfix / Frog canopies. Maybe check what you need for your project.

Thankyou David, I am hoping to use the forward fuselage so that won't matter. The front end will be grafted onto another aircraft fuselage, suitably cut to match up. He says...

I've been up in The loft, and I have, and I haven't, got that Italeri He-111 that I mentioned.............  :-\

The He-111 box is there, but the stuff that's in it has nothing to do with an He-111, it seems to be bits of an Airfix Do-17E/F, and only a few of them. :(

On the other hand I HAVE a got an Italeri He-111Z, which is TWO of them effectively.  ;D

Where shall we go from here Chris?

Hmm, it would be a crying shame to destroy the zwilling wouldn't it. I will have to go back to the drawing board, as I need something that has a similar sort of glazed nose section. Thankyou very much for looking for me Kit, I really appreciate your effort.

Not at all Chris, I had an idea about Whiffing an He-111 kit last night, and that would work if you had one of the Z's fuselages and used the rest, including the extra wing bit in the middle for my idea.

How about that?

If you are happy to do that, then yes, that will work for me too. Cheers.

Magic stuff. I'll dig around and find a box for the single fuselage bits and stick it in the post.

@NARSES2
Hello Chris, can you please lock this now, as Kit has sorted out the bits I need. Many thanks.
