Vargas Scale Models. They specialise in 3D printed armour subjects, mostly WWI and interwar with some WWII and a handful of modern artillery piece. Several prototypes and lesser known types.

Mostly 1/35 with a few 1/72, although if you enquire they may be able to make something in your favourite scale.

Just a word of warning, there's a Britmodeller thread suggesting the owner may be a little unreliable, however he does seem to be genuine and upholds orders in time.
