43M upgrade of the earlier Turan II with a 75L48 gun, prototypes built factory overrun before series production

44M was to be built instead of the Panther for which licences was denied, was to be armed with the 75L70 Panther gun

IMHO this was effectively built. An exemplaire still exists on display.
