During my visit to the Koksijde Defencedays last weekend, there was a special picture of a romanian modified Alouette III at the Allouette III stand. its called the IAR-317 Air Fox and ik my eyes, this would look good with tow missiles and in french or Belgian markings

i would like to build this one someday, i know im gonna need a 1/72 Heller All. III kit, but what would you guys suggest i should use if i want to build this one  ;)

That's an old design ! It was shown at the Paris air Show during the eighties !

The Alouette III was a cheap helo!
I think Atlas also modified an Alouette III into an attack chopper in the 80's (experience gained for the Rooilvalk... I've scorched this name again, sorry!)

Heller Alouette III are cheap and crap, ideal for modelling!

Its like a french AH-1 Cobra. Use the tail from a Alouette III, with a new front (the cobra evolved from the UH-1)
