Apart from a little bit of flesh there's nothing too 'provocative' nothing more than you'll see from the pit-girls in Formula 1 or such, shown on prime-time TV, or even many adverts.

Probably because some prudish American was afraid that because you can see a hint of cleavage someone somewhere might possibly be slightly offended.  And God (or the deity of your choice) only knows we can't possibly offend *anyone* in the slightest way, lest we be sued for inflicting emotional harm.
