Good morning fellows from Canberra Sunday morning,

Well, it's coming along, but I'm still not quite sure how to paint it. Maybe Gentile's plane-maybe something else like Iraqi/North Korea-definitely not lozenge this time.

You can see our mint bush in the background of photo two.

One thing I did with this plane was mix Mr Surfacer 500 with paint thinner to make it flow better into little gaps on the plane-like the wing to fuselage joint.

I decided to give my plane a great big helping of dihedral just to make it look a little different.

I see you there Matrix

Allan,

Looks very nice from here and wonder how you like working on this Dragon kit?

I have three of them in my stash and might try building one late this year, I did dry fit a few parts and they look like they might not fit together all that well.

I can't wait to see how it turns out.

North Korean or Chinese for the Korean war would be interesting.  Other possibles could be Spain '50 or Eygpt since Willy Messerschmitt was involved with both of these after the war.

Nice job on the gap filling...that one can really suck up the putty !  Looking good.

That thing always reminds me of a small fish, or a fishing lure.

Looks good so far, Allan !

BlackOps

Well, I rather liked the peaches better than the wood planking, but the model seems to be coming along nicely :)
