Wow gorgeous, Eddie! I really like the missiles and those U.S. Navy colors! I can imagine her in a fly-off against the Vigilante!

Lovely kit, nice scheme... one question tho... (JMN time again), why is it VFA-2... not VF-2... surely in the TSR.2 timeline it would have been 70s or so.... VFA-2 was a result of reequipping the VF-2 F-14s with F/A-18 Super Hornets, either E or F types.   Because the 'Bug' is swing roled, the fighter jocks got to be swingers as well instead of pure air defence as per the VF designator...

Cuz I forgot to cut the A out. ;)  :P I caught that after I was done. I had meant for it to be VF-2. Good catch B) ! This was a double DOH!! These decals I bought(thinking that I HAD an F <_< ) were meant for a F, but I had an E, so the E went on to become my Blue Angel Rhino. See, at that time, they were trying to adjust my Thorizine meds and I got confused easy. ;)

All things considered, including the aircraft's origin, VFA is probably the correct usage.  I rather expect this aircraft to do exceedingly well in both fighter and attack missions, including all-weather attack.

Just my $0.02 (before taxes),

That's right, the model did come with a big honkin' bomb. ;) Good, now I don't have to do any modifications :P

Once again, I'd like to thank all of you for the praise in this thread and the votes in the now locked down TSR.2 GB winners poll. All of the entries were kick donkey as far as I'm concerned. Too bad we didn't hear from the GB Mod. I guess he's got too many things on his mind right now. As I said before, I have no expections of recieving any prize for that GB. I would prefer Nev have it :) , if there is one.
