Hello! I posted 3000 times here since last February when I registered here...

Here's the vickers type 559, which lost in semi-final of F-155T (against the Fairey Delta III and AW-169). I'm just fond of the brute, beasty look of the Vickers entry :) particularly the fuselage mounted Red Hebe (even if it was quite draggy)

OK, I know I can't stop scratchbuilding. Someday, I will build something OOB....

Thanks for the cheers comments, but I have to admit that in this case, digital photo masked a many flaws.

So the plane had been vastly upgraded since then... pics to come! (Stephanie has the digital camera these days)

Archie I think this one is the queen of the fleet! That Raspberry Ripple scheme is like magic, especially on this beauty!

I build it before the styren-sheet era... (god bless JHM!!)
Improvement include
- much, much better wings
- red top from a Lightning (mounted above the fuselage)
- paint sheme (better decals, paint, and the like).
- new pylon

I have plenties of things in the bench these days (RAF F-117 with bubble canopy, the stealth flying wing...)

Wow, that is a bold concept.  Can you imagine a G-suited pilot strapping into the front of this bad-boy?  Cool.   ;)
Styrene in my blood and an impressive void in my cranium.

If I can find (and paint correctly!) a 1/72 scale pilot, you'll have some photos in this style... ^_^

It looks even more beastie with the Red Tops AAMs on the side of the fuselage...

Aparently this forgotten project was resurected for a Japanese anime named Stratos 4 (Type 559 MS).
I remember a memeber of this forum noticed that before (can't remember the thread)

Here's a side view of the standard type 559...

And the "improved" stratos-4 variant!

Merci!  ^_^
I plan to retake the control of the digital camera circa 20th Janaury. Tons of photos after this date...
