The kit used is the Heller 1/72 B1 in a "dessert splinter" camo. Another rescue from the shelf of doom!
The 1980 era SABA that I intended to do is currently back with the think tank to work out small matters of "how the hell am I going to do that" .
Thanks for looking.
Nice
Gondor
Nice!!
In 48th i would have said ..nice..well done...in 32nd i wouls have said..not bad but in 72nd..dude..bloody nice build matey.
A F15 is quite small in 72nd and ive had the 163 in 32nd and it aint that big in that scale so this is to me very impressive in 72nd
Good, sharp splinters there. Quite a feet on something so small.
Thanks guys, I did the splinters by airbrushing through stencils but there was a lot of touch up and overspray to deal with afterwards. I have a set of needle/nozzle for fine lines on order. Hopefully an easier go of it for the next time.
Bloody hell Stan ..a airbrush ?? Dude you did pretty damn good so i would be pretty proud of this midget plane.
Funny you mentioned getting new needle and nozzle as im getting a new airbrush too.
The new one has 4 needles with .2 being the smallest..can not wait to play with that .
Very nice indeed - no problem with sand ingestion
