Designed to replace the Mig 28, after it was revealed in the documentary "Top Gun" that the west knew of it's inverted tank issues. The redesign became more involved and the twin Kusnetsov engines were replaced by a single larger Turmansky turbojet, giving the newly designated Mig 30, true Mach 2 performance

Sorry, I did not mean this model is bad, evil. I was meaning the Top Gun heroes are facing a side they call Evil, and this (very perfect) model belongs to this side... :unsure: ;D

The annoying bit is that it is 3 shades of grey, but 2 are so close, you can't tell the difference!! A lot of work for little reward!
