Title: A few more kits for sale
Post by: chrisonord on November 26, 2019, 01:17:25 PM
I have  dug some  of my kits out that I  probably won't  build,  I  have  hopefully  priced them to sell, and when I get  chance  will have  some more  to put on when I can find  them. All kits  have been opened,  a few have scruffy boxes,  and the odd loose  part. They will be double  checked  before  posting. Also I  don't  get a lot of chance to get to the  post office  so as long as you are not in a rush. I am in the UK, and prices don't  include P&P
PayPal  too please.

Is it the four or twin engine version?

Hello Trevor,
It's the  twin engined  military  version. I will try and get it  to the post office to  work out the postage  tomorrow  ok.

Were it not for the tyranny of international postage charges and the fact that the exchange rate is absolutely f**king s**t (the official Aus Post term for it) i'd snap up the two bikes.  Both good kits which I built way back then.

The '4 engine version' is actually a Dash 7. IIRC there's not many common parts between them, just the manufacturer's name.

Yeah, they're quite different, it's better to scratch build one than try to convert the Dash-8 into one. The only 1/72 model of the Dash-7 I've seen that's available is a desktop model and very expensive ---
