Post by: Nick on July 12, 2016, 05:00:43 AM
The Guild of Aviation Artists http://www.gava.org.uk/ will be holding their annual exhibition at the Mall Gallery (between Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square) from 19th to 23rd July 2016.
Admission is free, open each day 10am-5pm.

I've been to this most of the last 10 years and the quality is very high. You might have seen some of their work in the gallery at RAF Cosford.

Mrs_PR19 and I used to be regulars there, a really superb show indeed. Sadly the trip is beyond her reserves of stamina these days.

I normally have a look at the display at Cosford whenever im there,  some of them are visually stunning, technically competent, and of intresting subjects, and of varying pairs and triples of the descriptors, but some are just uninspiring, and they tend to be some of the most expensive ones.
