Ever since I saw the F-1 gas generator test at MSFC earlier this year, I got to thinking. Since J-2 and F-1 are making a comeback, why not the Saturn V with them? Of course, aside from having a 10 meter core, 5 F-1's on the first stage, and 5 J-2's on the second, it's an entirely brand new launch vehicle (even though I built it out of a Revell Saturn V kit). The strap-ons are based the Dynetics Corporation's Pyrios boosters for SLS. This particular rocket is the launch vehicle for the Golden Spike Corporation's Jupiter spacecraft (more on that later, it's based on the MPC Pilgrim Observer).
