Title: Inflight refuelling pods
Post by: rickshaw on January 22, 2011, 08:27:49 PM
Does anybody know of a good source for pictures of different inflight refuelling pods (as carried on large tanker aircraft).  I've looked around and there are plenty of the newer ones but I'm interested in the types carried by earlier aircraft, in the 1970s.

Have you tried on Prime Portal (http://www.primeportal.net)?

Example of one from Victor:

I just tried looking on that site and all I got was forbidden pages. Any ideas why?

Might be a computer setting on your part - still works fine for me.
