I wonder if that means the Evergreen Aviation Museum will lose theirs. Dan Evans, a friend of mine and CRJ pilot for Horizon, flew it to Mac and it remains very near flight worthy. Dan said it would take only a few guys who knew the aircraft and two cases of beer to get her in the air again. In Vietnam, according to him, the VC knew the big bombs were coming when the Mohawk showed up. Needless to say, he's pretty passionate about his former mount. He'd make a great speaker on the type.
It was amazingly fast on the deck.
The last time I was in Minneapolis, admittedly a long time ago now, there was a museum at Anoka Airfield, where Atlantique Aviation's Shackleton AEW2 was stabled for some time, that's dedicated solely to the OV-1. They had at least three airframes there at the time, and one looked as if it could have flown out within hours!
Carolina's Aviation Museum in Charlotte has two Mohawks in flying condition...coincidentally I stopped by the museum's new facility today. I've got some pics to upload next week, including a few of the OV-10.

Interesting. It has the SLAR on the Starboard side. Most kits have it on the Port side. Was it mountable on either side?
