Per rule 4. What is the deadline? Now that this GB has officially started, it would be good to know how long I can procrastinate before starting a model.
Ed
Hi Ed,
the GB ends on the Glorious First of May.
Hoist High the Red Banner. ;D
Re. rule 2, do real or imagined German naval air forces count too, i.e. Marineflieger or High Seas Fleet Air Wing?
Ja Weaver,
the boys with the funny hats can have their own toys, even though historically the only time they were truly
independent was when the Imperial German Air Service was a part of the Kaiserliche Marine (1910-1920).

Hmmm... I think I have an idea for the Welltraumflotte (I think that's right, I closed the translatotronic window...)

If not, you can wait up to the next GB (SCW)
What about rule 6?? Why is there no rule 6?? Who decided that there would be no rule 6?? We really should have a ruling about rule 6!!

Lance, you were warned not to ask about Rule #6, you have disobeyed the warning and therefore you must take the consequences. Now assume the position, and bite down on the stick..... BdaB will be with you presently
Ian
So this GB can include non-Luftwaffe/German types suitably Luftwaffed? ;D ;D

I am of course right now preparing to visit lancer and I'm bringing a very large fish.
One should never trifle about Rule #6. ;)

Fish trifle??
Ok, I`m going mad. Where is the completed entries thread??
I'd love to join this one but I've got to be realistic: there's no way I can complete what I want to do for this GB by May first.
Still, I will be cheering you all on from the sidelines!
I'm feeling slighty insane here, so before I jump in, how liberal is the naval equivalent "Imperial German Air Service" to be taken?
Like say...flying battleships? Or is that too far afield?

Wikipedia has a good page on the WWI German Army air forces:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luftstreitkr%C3%A4fte
German
Army Zeppelins were part of this force.
The Seeluftschiffe of the German Navy Air Service were a separate force.
Prior to World War I there was also the Prussian Airship Battalion using non-rigid airships.
So based on that one could have flying 'battleships' for any of those forces and still fall under a catch-all Alt. Luftwaffe category.
i had no intention of joining this GB but ive just had a bright idea which fits into my ATL project so am going to try and get it done...got 14 days....easy peasy.....i hope.....
*speeds up work on Ferrari 575 for a group build elsewhere............stops work on the Nissan Skyline.............puts the MiG whiff on hold.....dare not open the Tirpitz box...........too many kits, not enough time!*..... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
As far as I can see, there's been no mention of a prize for this GB. Since I'm not participating and since I've done well in a few GBs now, I'd be happy to provide one to the tune of £25, if someone can advise me how to go about it.

I recommend you drop Jon a PM. I have already done so with the offer of a prize,
