I could see it being adopted by the likes of the Indian Air Force, as a Folland Gnat/Ajeet replacement.
For India is one of few countries who has appreciated the simplistic nature and capability of the lightweight fighter concept!

The Piranha has always reminded me of the AMX, so maybe some Italian or Brazilian variants. Also, maybe an Austrian version. Another possibility (especially for India and Brazil) might be a Naval version.

I have a 3D model of something that looks like a Piranha, but it's based on a JaguarA model.

I first learned about the Piranha from the Command Vision documentary "Future Combat Aircraft" (https://youtu.be/8eGuL_vma_Y?t=437) and fell in love. I'd rather like the Sharkit model, or if anyone else happened to make one.
Secret Projects has a phenomenal thread (https://www.secretprojects.co.uk/threads/alr-piranha.1279/) on the Piranha with TONS of great info including drawings, updated yesterday by Overscan with high-res pics.
