Title: tie downs.
Post by: wolfik on June 21, 2006, 08:03:36 AM
hi all
for all those builds carrier decks here is my method....
much tie downs on the deck are a real problem and painted or brushed looks not really deep enough...
here my method...
a steel bar should be grinded as in the photo. and then you can punch the tie downs in the plastic or card deck (I prefere grey card box because its easier to make a wash with pastels or oils.). Im fixing greay card on the plate with double-sized-tape.
hope this helps some here ? ;)

regards
