I've no idea if I'll be able to finish this in time, but I'm going to try. I've got a Revell 1/72 ADV and a decent idea of how I can convert it to a Tornado 2000.

I was hoping someone would do this one.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Sounds cool. I'll be watching.
I'll meet you on the dark side of the moon.

Great idea.  I'd considered it but I think it's more work than I want to tackle right now.  Can't wait to see yours!
So I got that going for me...which is nice....

Take one Tornado F3 front fuselage and take off corners with band saw !  :-\

Looking forward to seeing this one Harro

Building a framework for the new skin panels. The artist impressions I've found of the Tornado 2000 show different configurations, so I figured I've got some leeway for interpretation. I've decided to try and use flat panels as much as possible, rather than the slightly curved panels seen in the impressions.

This will go on hold for a while. Tonight I found again that the bits I've made are not straight/too small/off-center/not glued on right etc. I've already redone the entire nose once, so I've had enough for now.

Yup sometimes you just need to take a breather from a kit
